We have done extensive research in this Industry to buy only the highest quality Inflatables. Our competition continually use the same old units that don’t match our quality or safety.

2. What type of connection do I need to run the Inflatable?

To run the Inflatable a 15amp/110 volt outlet within 100 feet of the house.

3. What size area is required to set up the Inflatable?

A minimum of 18′ x 18′ for each Bounce/Combo.

4. Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery pricing is determined based on location. Service area restrictions may apply.

5. What type of area setting is required for the Inflatable?

A flat grassy surface is required for setup. This area must be clean, level and free of any overhead branches or wires. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. We must be able to access your back yard with no issues. A Bounce/Slide needs a 2-3ft. clearance around it. We cannot setup a unit on sand or Gravel. We may require assistance or charge extra for Stairs, hills or abnormal situations.

* $30.00 charge to bring sandbags if unit is on concrete or asphalt.

6. What is our rain policy?

We will contact you the day before your reservation. In the case of inclement weather, (“Chance of showers” is not termed for cancelation”)

We always reserve the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 40 mph). If it rains the morning of your event we will wait until rain stops before we can setup. Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern.

7. Can I pick the unit up?

Sorry, for the safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit.

8. Is a Deposit Required?

Yes, To reserve a Inflatable or Dunk Tank, a $50.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation.

9. Can I reserve my Inflatable or Dunk Tank online? YES!

Absolutely, Reservations are currently accepted via telephone or Internet you must submit information regarding your event, date, times, and location. At the time that your reservation is placed, you will need to place a $50.00 deposit on a Visa/Master Card and you will be added in our data base for delivery on that scheduled day. Immediately, your rental item(s) are removed from availability. You will receive a confirmation via email.

10. How Safe are the Inflatables?

Our Inflatables are by far the safest in the industry. At Best BounceAround, safety is our number #1 concern. Our Inflatables are made with fire-retardant vinyl,crawl entries to prevent falling out, anti-climb netting on all sides so you can keep an eye on your kids at all times. They are built will double and triple stitching, along with polypropylene and nylon-reinforced webbing’s at all stress points.

11. Do you have insurance?

Yes, Best BounceAround is general liability insured Connecticut LLC. A copy of the policy will be provided upon request at time of delivery. Municipalities, schools, churches, etc.. may contact us in advance for arrangements. For events on public property such as parks, etc., additional insurance may be required and will add $100 to the total rental cost.

The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation, and are fully responsible for the operation after receiving the unit. Lessor is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or any damage to any personal property.

12. How many children can bounce at one time?

Age group: 3-8 years 9-12 years 13-17 years Adults Eight Six Four Zero

13. How are the inflatables sanitized?

Our Inflatables are new and very clean, after each use, our inflatables are thoroughly vacuumed (even between the seams) to get dirt and debris out of the unit and wiped down with Simple Green a natural disinfecting cleaner. We pride ourselves on delivering new, clean and attractive unit for your enjoyment.

14. Can an inflatable be set up inside?

Yes, we do set-up our units indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. Spaces that are typically large enough are gyms, stages, shopping malls, and convention halls.

15. How far in advance should I reserve a Inflatable or Dunk Tank?

We typically recommend that you reserved three to six weeks in advance of the date needed. During the summer months, the most popular units are booked at least a month, if not, longer in advance and many weeks we have nothing to rent. Our recommendation is that you book as soon as you know the date you might your rental. We have a very liberal cancellation policy.

16. What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation 20 days prior to your rental date.

If you cancel within 20 days of your rental date, the deposit is non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to inclement weather.
(“Chance of showers” does not qualify as inclement weather.)

If you cancel within 5 business days of your event, the full rental amount is due.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

We will contact you the day before your event to confirm details.

Weather Policy

Best Bounce Around reserves the right to cancel a reservation at no penalty to the customer in the event of:

  • Heavy rain

  • High winds exceeding 40 mph

  • Unsafe setup conditions

If rain occurs the morning of your event, we will wait for conditions to improve before setting up. Customer safety and proper operation of our equipment are our top priorities.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover credit card processing charges. This fee applies to both deposits and full payments when applicable.

The Following Are Not Valid Reasons for Cancellation

No refund or credit will be issued for:

  • Chance of showers or thunder showers

  • Function cancellation within 20 days of the rental date

  • Once an inflatable or rented unit has been delivered, all rentals are final

17. How long is the rental?

A minimum of Five hours, our units rent by the day. Depending on the location we might setup the day before. Pick up is after 6:00PM between April 1st thru September 1st and after 5:00p from September 2nd thru October 31st or before dust on our schedule.

18. Does there have to be adult supervision present?

Yes, during our safety review after the unit is set up, we make it clear that a supervisor must be present when anyone is in the unit to ensure its safe operation. The supervisor is there to help kids and individuals get in and out of the unit safely.
An adult 18 or older must be present at all times, Equipment cannot be left alone at anytime. For more info please check our safety policy.

19. Do I have to leave the blower going all day?

There is really no need to turn off the blower when the unit is set-up for enjoyment. The unit uses less energy than a hair dryer, however, if you do need to turn off the unit for any reason, it is perfectly safe. Just make sure everyone has exited the unit and make sure that the unit collapses onto it and not on any sharp objects.

20. Is there a cleaning charge?

No! As long as it is general cleaning, we will do it. If excessive cleaning is needed ,a cleaning charge of $25 to $50 will be required. Fun food machines will need to be thoroughly cleaned upon return or will be charged a cleaning fee of $35.

21. What are my responsibilities?

You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times when the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage.

Who picks up the equipment when we are done?
Best BounceAround staff will take down and pick up the equipment after your event.
